Formerly Administrator of Oxfam (UK & Ireland) was born and brought up in Kuttanad. He studied at the St. Xaviers College in Ahmedabad and got Management Training from Oxford. As an Administrator for Oxfam, traveled extensively within India supporting and interacting with wide range of social work, relief and development agencies. His travel overseas was mainly to educate the general public in developed nations about the plight of poor in the developing countries and encourage a fair trade. He has taken part in a number of conferences and seminars related to relief and development works both nationally and internationally and has initiated setting up of over a dozen Non-Government Organizations. He is presently involved in Management training of teenagers and providing management inputs to socio-pastoral agencies

As the Founder and CEO, Aaron has been helping VELOZETA in establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations. He is a co-inventor of an innovative combustion engine architecture (six stroke engine) which on trial proved to dramatically improve fuel efficiency and reduce atmospheric pollution compared to conventional IC Engines. Being a person with a flare for Techno-entrepreneurship to convert potentially significant innovations from becoming products that change people’s lives, he has been promoting the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship among Indian youth giving high priorities to Energy Conservation and Low Carbon Projects. He supports resources starved innovators and researchers in Proof-of-Concept projects. Aaron is a mechanical engineering graduate from College of Engineering Thiruvananthapuram. Presently, he is a Commonwealth Cambridge Scholar joining MPhil Technology Policy at University of Cambridge
